Our Rates

(payable 90 days prior to moving in):

December 2008 through April 2009: (currently taking reservations for 2009).

$2,500/Month.

May 2009 through November 2009:

$1500/Month.

More info:

• All utilities, excluding long distance phone calls will be paid by owner along with a standard application fee of $50.00 for the repeat rentals.
• There is a cleaning fee charge of $70.00.
• A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required upon making the reservation. Additionally, a rental lease agreement is required to cover only the duration of the stay
• All rental payments are due 90 days prior to moving in.
• A one time non-refundable application fee of $50.00 is required. (Per Condo Association rules) Repeat renters are exempt..
• All cancellations must be made 90 days prior to move-in with a full refund. No exceptions.
• All utilities, excluding long distance phone calls will be paid by owner.
• Electric Stove
